You Asked:

My husband has a small penis. The sex is good, and he's very secure with himself, but I'm afraid to try certain positions -- any suggestions?

Dr. Pam Answers:

Thank goodness he doesn't have the small-penis complex common among men who are less well-endowed. Since he's more comfortable with the way things are going than you are, why don't you relax and use a sexy tone of voice to suggest one of the things you've dreamed of trying? Only suggest one new thing at a time during a sex session, or else he may get a bit concerned that you've been unhappy with things. For example, let's say you've been dreaming of leaning against the bedroom wall with him behind you. You need to say something like, "I've got this amazing fantasy where we're really horny and sneak to the back of a restaurant, lean against a wall, and have rampant sex!" How can he resist if you suggest it like that, particularly when he's pretty confident? It's simply timing and the way you say it that will work best.
