We looked at two houses and many, many house plans before making our final pick.

There weren’t many houses for sale in our community, and we didn't want to buy a house that we had to put a lot of work into to fix up.
What was the best part?
With the things we wanted, we quickly found out that we’d only be able to get them if we built.
Was it hard to compromise and find a house you both loved?
We both knew what we wanted, and we like the same things, so that made it really easy.
Do you have any advice for other Nesties who are house-hunting now?
Don't settle for the first house you look at! Have it inspected and don't sink your money into a house you’re unsure of when you could invest your money into the house of your dreams.
What's unique about your home?
We built our house on my husbands family farmland. We have a great view of a big pond in our backyard and a awesome Sunset!
