My tip- Drink plenty of water!

by llrbride on Nov 05, 2008

Remember to use skim milk in your coffee/latte or chai tea- lots of protein with less fat!

Increase your veggie intake & decrease your starches!

Try to take sugar out of your diet. All the sugar you eat goes to your stomach.

by Rochgirl on Jan 06, 2010

I try to avoid eating out when possible, but when I do, I find it very helpful that many restaurants include nutrition guides or low-cal choices. I try to go on-line before I go out and figure out what I can have and what I can't. You just have to look out for the high fat and sodium items!

Lettuce wraps! Instead of a tortilla, use a large piece of lettuce.

by jadeorchid21 on Jan 28, 2010

remember, fat isn't your enemy! carbohydrates are! They make your insulin level spike, causing you to retain fat! make sure you eat protein along with fruits or veggies and nuts EVERY meal. don't ever just eat an apple or an orange! and sugar doesn't go to your stomach. try the Zone Diet!

My brother is a Physical Trainer and gymnast. He recommend a half cup of nuts with 6 ounces of greek yougurt to boost energy with high protein and healthy fats!

My tip- for a sweet snack try sugar free vanilla pudding with fresh strawberries and blueberries! Yum!!

by emilybrooks on May 28, 2010

ha! i knew it! i tried to tell my mom that diet drinks arn't very good and she told me that they were so much better for you especially when you are trying to avoid diabetes... She wouldn't listen when I told her you shouldn't have either. O.o

"Drink plenty of water!" support this :)

I use Stevia sugar, which is natural and fat free non-dairy creamer in my coffee. I lost weight within the first week just switching from the coffeemate fat free creamer to this!

by taylor.laurenc@gmail.com on Sep 01, 2010

I agree with Redtyrrell. By switching to non-fat milk in your lattes saves a lot of calories. Also try sugar free syrups, adding less pumps, and getting a smaller size. If you truly need the caffeine just add an extra shot of espresso.

ive been dieting for over a year and i have successfully lost about 60 pounds... i get tired of eating "healthy" and it becomes unpleasant to the taste. that is why i try to eat comfort food (in moderation), to avoid relapsing into a eating frenzy

by elmajian91 on Oct 23, 2010

Rather than trying to severely limit your food intake to the point where it is uncomfortable, I would suggest incorporating exercise regularly. I am an overall healthy eater, but there are some things I just can't give up like real ranch dressing. I have been a runner for 14 years, so as long as I maintain my workout regimen, I don't feel guilty indulging in full-fat ranch a few times a month!

I find articles like this a lot that list only things I don't consume anyway. :/

I always was a skinny kid and always wanted to have a normal weight. At the age of 25 I started to Buy Steroids to make a treatment. I like to have some muscle mass and a normal weight. I don't mind to gain some pounds only to look good.

by ninamicu on Apr 13, 2011

by cowgirlkitkatt on Jun 10, 2011

No one gets great results if do not submit superb quality term papers. Obviously students who order essay papers at the essay writing service achieve their target.

by carlino on Jun 15, 2011

The max weight is 200? Not all of us fit into your cookie cutter idea. This should be fixed - and no one should buy steroids!

by sweetp2010 on Jun 15, 2011

Has anyone noticed this calorie burning calculator is really not accurate? And it seems to be missing some great activities that burns a ton of calories - like kickboxing and spinning, my two favorites!

there is no doubt that we are now in a world where we come across different and strange things happening in this world. Innovation is everywhere, personally I am also a fan of innovation, no matter in studies, technologies, science, beauty. I am so happy to be part of this revolutionary field and do suggest you too. because at the end "it always up to you to decide"...thanks!!

I just bought a pair of New Balance Toning sneakers. I try to wear them when I'm doing the housework. They really do work!
