All you need for this workout is a foam roll, a cylinder of tightly packed foam that lets you massage your body. You can get one for $25 at CorePerformance.com (it’s worth the investment!), or you can use a basketball in a pinch. Let's get started:
On the ground, sit on the foam roll with one leg bent and one leg straight out in front of you. Shift your weight to one side and roll from the top of the back of your thigh to your lower back.
