Want to see three real Nesties' rooms go from drab to fab? Stacey Serro, interior designer and founder of P-L-A-I-D, created virtual room makeovers for the lucky readers -- and the results are stunning!

Awhile back, we asked you to provide images of your most drab, design-challenged rooms. And boy, did you deliver!

Interior designer Stacey Serro of P-L-A-I-D and The Nest team sifted through tons of applicants, from nooks that resembled frat houses to granny-inspired spaces (eeks!), and picked three winners: a Nestie bedroom, living room and dining room that we felt had the most redecorating potential.

Then Stacey worked her magic, using modern color palettes, functional furniture arrangements and chic products from Pier 1 Imports and other retailers to reimagine these rooms and present them as brilliant Virtual Room Makeovers. The results are better than we could have imagined!
