Yikes! When we received this bedroom from a photographer named Sabin Orr, we knew he needed design assistance, but we didn't know how rough things had been for our Nestie in years prior.
Sabin told us, "In 2008, I bought my first house with plans to buy more and simply be a landlord when I retire. Then I suffered a stroke at age 33. I had no insurance and no money, so the rooms never got finished."
