Folding napkins like pope hats or swans might be a bit much, but a simple ring covered in wallpaper is an easy way to add elegance or fun to a meal -- no origami skills required.
Materials
Cardboard paper towel tubes
Wallpaper scraps
Tools
Measuring tape
Scissors
Pencil
Double-sided tape
How-To
1. Cut the length of a cardboard tube into 2” sections.
2. Measure the circumference of the cardboard tube; then add 1/2” for overlap.
3. Transfer the measurements on to the back side of your wallpaper, cut a piece to size, and adhere it to the tube with double-sided tape.
4. Repeat to make as many rings as you like.
