When artist Dawn Breeze took a break from school and flew to Florence for a little "romantic adventure," she brought back much more than the usual souvenir. Giovanni Iacono (her soon-to-be husband), was also in tow.

"I brought him to visit my family in Martha's Vineyard where I grew up and still spend summers, and gave him a completely unrealistic preview of what America was like. He was like -- yeah, America is amazing!" Said Breeze, laughing. "Of course, when he really moved here, we ended up living together in a shotgun apartment in Brooklyn."

Cut to a few years later -- when the pair fell in love again -- with a gorgeous Federal style house in artsy, Hudson NY. Since then, the two have put their personal stamp on nearly every inch of the home's interior.
