Chicken or Beef with an Asian Sesame Marinade

Ingredients
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tbl. sesame oil
1 Tbl. chopped garlic
1 Tbl. toasted sesame seeds
1 green onion, chopped

Directions
Whisk all the ingredients together. Add meat and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Makes enough for two to three pounds beef or chicken.

Try with a side of orange-glazed asparagus.

I use this marinade all the time! When made with beef, the dish is actually called bulgogi (a Korean BBQ). When made with chicken, it is called dhak. Absolutely delicious, and even picky eaters have loved it when they've tried it.
