Every time i cook pork loin this way it turns out dry, even after resting. Now i use my gmas method. Turn it up then turn it down. I start at 425-450 degrees for 20 min then turn it down to 350-375 for 30-40 min. All depending on meat weight. It always turns out super juicy and fork tender with a nice light crust on the edges.

The pasta recipe is not on this page...try looking at the 50+ pasta meals to the right of this page...or go on the links to the left side where it says "Cooking q&a" It will have the 80+ pasta meals there too. I think that's where that recipe for the pasta may be.

the key lime pie is one of my favs...but it definitely has to be frozen longer...i'd say at least 2 hours. and, another good idea is to make mini pies and save them in the freezer for another day :)
