Find yourself in an endless battle with sugar? The answer’s simpler than you think: Let yourself eat sugar! Your body doesn’t crave more sugar than it needs -- it’s when you restrict sugar from your diet that the problems start. But if you’re eating in a balanced way that satisfies what your body wants, you won’t be tempted to overeat it. Labeling sugar as something negative can also lead to problems. Attaching a negative meaning to it (or anything) tends to make you want more of it.
