What you’ll need:
-Store-bought pizza dough
-Olive oil
STEP 1: PREP YOUR DOUGH
By prep, we mean leave it sitting at room temperature for 30 minutes. (Told you it’d be easy.)
STEP 2: HEAT YOUR OIL
Heat about 2 inches of olive oil in a frying pan until it reaches a temp of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. (You can use a deep-fry thermometer to test the temperature.)
STEP 3: PINCH & DROP
Pull off small pieces of dough and drop them in the 350-degree oil, turning each piece with a spoon or spatula after a minute or two.
STEP 4: REMOVE & DRAIN
When your little chunks of dough are puffed up and golden, put them on a paper towel to drain.
STEP 5: SWEETEN
Dust your creation with powdered sugar and enjoy!
