Makes: 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1 scoop of protein powder, Jay Robb’s egg white
1 1/4 c almond milk (or soy if you prefer)
1/4 cup acai berry juice
1 tbsp. almond butter
10 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a electric mixer and blend until you reach desired thickness.
