After hunkering down this weekend with tons of leftovers from my Turkey Day feast, I wasn't really feeling like another turkey sandwich, so I picked up some fried rice from a Chinese restaurant down the street from my office. It's hot and delicious, and I'm going to savor it until the last bite. Mine is made with brown rice and vegetables, but it's quite similar to this recipe, which uses long-grain rice and ham.
