I need to lose weight but my husband needs to gain weight. Any advice on meals that would help both of us?
My husband and I are similar in this aspect because he is slim, and I have a thyroid problem, so I need to watch my diet. It is okay to buy two different versions of the same food, like fat-free milk and whole milk. As for protein and vegetables, give him double portions. For dessert, let him have ice cream, and you should eat fruit, frozen yogurt, sorbet, chocolate, soy milk, or fat-free Jell-O pudding snacks.
