30-Minute Workout

I haven’t done my workout yet today (meant to wake up early -- oops) and now I’m stuck planning when to fit in my exercise routine (most likely right after leaving the office). The only problem: I unfortunately only have a short window today to break a sweat. If you have 30 minutes to work out, what type of exercise do you do?

Since I’ll be sitting at my desk for the next few hours, I figure I might as well get a head start. Here’s a quick exercise you can do right at the office (I swear, nobody will even notice).

Step 1 Sit straight up in your chair so your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle.
Step 2 Keeping your back steady and abs tightened, lift your right leg out so it’s level with your hips.
Step 3 Hold for 2 to 3 seconds.
Step 4 Complete 16 to 20 reps.
Step 5 Repeat with left leg.
