Congratulations -- you’ve managed to make a workout schedule and stick to it. Now that you’re trim and toned, it’s time to “cash in” on your success and have some fun together. Here’s how.
1. Take a vacation, whether it’s a one-week getaway to a tropical island or a low-key weekend at a nearby bed and breakfast. Hey, you might even be inspired to take a run on the beach or go for a bike ride.
2. Splurge on dinner at your favorite restaurant. One night of indulging isn’t going to tip the scale.
3. Try something new together. Take surfing lessons, sign up for swing dance classes, or -- if you’re really adventurous -- try skydiving. Adding more activities to your exercise repertoire will help keep you motivated (and having fun).
4. Go on a (mini) shopping spree. Your newly buff bods are in need of some new clothes, so make an afternoon out of it and give each other a private fashion show when you’re done.
