What kind of bike do you recommend for workouts?
It depends on your environment (where you want to bike and what the terrain is like) and your fitness level, but I prefer mountain biking and recommend comfort bikes with higher handlebars, better shocks, and more gears for people of all fitness levels. You’ll be able to go farther and build endurance. These types of bikes also provide better posture and less “backside ouch” the next day.
