What’s a good way to prevent muscle tension after working out? Hot shower, sauna, etc.?
Always end your workout with stretching, and make sure you hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds. Warm baths and saunas do work, and I would also recommend taking a basic yoga class (not power yoga) once or twice a week to stretch even further.
