I have extremely muscular legs; how can I slim them down?
Stick to cardio exercises, like walking and flat-surface running (not uphill), and avoid step and spin classes, stair-climbers, and elliptical machines. Stay away from weight exercises, like lunges, squats, and leg machines, but continue to work your upper body with muscle-toning movies. You'll notice, after a month or two of light cardio and upper-body toning, that your legs will slim down while remaining toned.
