What sites will I be able to log into now that I'm a member?
As a member of The Knot Inc. Family brands, you'll have one universal login that will give you full access to TheNest.com as well as our sister sites, The Knot.com, TheBump.com, and now WeddingChannel.com. That means you’ll be able to search through thousands of articles on everything from inspirational wedding ideas to newlywed relationship advice to must-know pregnancy dos and don'ts -- all with a single username and password. Whether you originally signed up on TheKnot.com or just joined us at TheNest.com, you’ll now be able to share the benefits of all of our sites and take full advantage of their inspirational photos, community message boards, vendor reviews, and more!
If I originally signed up before membership was made universal throughout all sites, will any of my account information change?
If you have been with us for awhile and originally signed up with one of our sister sites, your account information will be carried over to all of our brands; but you may be asked for additional information for your profile in order to personalize your visits. There’s also the chance that some of your account information was has changed or was updated, so it's a good idea to check and make sure your account information looks exactly how you want it to.
What if I have trouble logging in?
If you ever have trouble logging in, try clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Most of the time we can send your password to the email address that we have on file. If you're still having trouble logging in, please email us at feedback@theknot.com and a customer service representative will assist you.
Do I have to create an account to use the interactive tools on TheNest.com?
In order to access the tools available on any of our sites, you do need to create a FREE account. Once you're a member, you will have full access to not only our interactive tools, but also gain the ability to comment on articles or Q&As, participate in our message board discussions, and enter exclusive sweepstakes. You will also gain access to amazing tools, articles, and contests available on TheKnot.com, WeddingChannel.com, and TheBump.com once you become a member of our network of sites.
What does The Knot, Inc. do with the personal information it collects?
Any personal information we gather from you as part of your account will not be shared with other companies or visitors to our sites without your prior permission.
Likewise, any purchase data we gather as you shop on any of our sites will never be shared with other companies without your prior permission. We only keep your order information so that we may contact you concerning your order, if needed. Our TheNest.com customer list is not sold, given to, or exchanged with any other company.
Occasionally, you may receive emails from TheNest.com intended to inform you about new or special features on the site, or to offer you special discount opportunities. It is entirely up to you whether or not you wish to receive these emails. If you would prefer not to receive these email updates, just let us know by replying to one of the emails with "Remove" in the body of the message.
Does it cost anything to set up an account on any of The Knot, Inc. sites?
