Oh, dinner at that Italian place again? Sounds exciting. Not. “Shake it up by doing something physical on your date!” says “flirt expert” Rachel DeAlto. “Get your blood rushing by playing a one-on-one sport like tennis, volleyball or rock climbing.” Then take advantage of that endorphin rush when you get back home and engage in another physical sport in the bedroom. You might want to shower first.
