If you are having trouble focusing as the year gets started, a good solution is to take yourself for a nice, long walk. On the 1st and 2nd, the more time you can spend getting in touch with your body, the better you'll feel -- today and all year long. You're feeling strong and ready to take on the world on the 5th. Could this have something to do with the dedication you've been showing in your workout? Or just how happy you are in your relationships? Both? The one leads to the other, you know. Take a diving class on the 10th. This is one plunge that will really get your heart rate up! If you're bored to death with your regular morning weights routine on the 15th and 16th, you need to bring a little more excitement to your workout. Why not try open water swimming? Swimming with (real) sharks can be a great way to start the workday! Instead of wasting time envying someone's physique on the 19th, why not get started on getting your own hot bod into ideal shape? On the 24th, you'd feel a lot more grounded if you brought a buddy along to workout. You're overtired on the 28th. Wrap up the month on the 30th by resolving to slow down. Take a catnap!
