Yes. According to the National Organizationn on FEtal Alcohol Syndorme (NOFAS), alcohol can affect the development of your baby in the very first weeks-even before you know you're pregnant. But don't worry if you find yourself pregnant and you haven't been a teetotaler-chances are, the baby will be fine if you stop drinking.
