My Married Life: A Woman's Perspective on Porn

Yes, this post is Holly-endorsed.

Asylum has a pretty funny series of videos called A Woman's Perspective, delivered by Emily McCombs, the site's "token" girl. You can actually sign up to get one delivered weekly, but seeing as I'm not sitting around a dorm room wondering what women really think, I'm probably not going to subscribe. I have a woman, and she's not afraid to tell me what she thinks -- all. the. time.

But I digress. One week, McCombs talked porn -- as in how women feel about it. Do I even need to mention that this clip is NSFW? There aren't any graphic images but the title alone is probably enough to get your office computer red-flagged. Anyway, it's worth a watch if you like raunchy humor, which (surprise!) I do. But Holly watched it and said that it actually did a good job of describing her attitude toward porn (i.e., that it's not that big of a deal unless it replaces true intimacy or warps men's views of how women should really look). But I know that some wives feel completely differently. Some actually consider porn to be a form of cheating. Have you (or your spouse) issued an outright ban on pornography?
