He may suffer from delayed ejaculation, a common side effect of either certain meds or over-masturbating, so check into that first. Stress could also be the culprit, especially if he’s physically aroused (hence, the erection) yet seems distracted during the deed. But chances are he just feels the pressure to last longer. So try telling him you only need 20 minutes -- he’ll probably be relieved.
