Sex Q&A: No Longer Attracted to My Husband?

Q.

The Nest Q&ALately I've been going through this phase where I'm not sexually attracted to my husband, but I'm sexually attracted to other men. We've only been married seven months -- what's going on?

A.

Are you generally bored in your life? Or is it just with your husband? If it's the former, then sit down with him and look at making these three changes:
1) Hone one new work skill to make your career more exciting.
2) Choose one new hobby or interest to take up together.
3) Plan a sexy vacation to somewhere you've always wanted to go.
By tackling these three areas, you should shake up your life enough to see beyond boring routines.

If it's simply boredom with your husband, then shake things up with him. Plan a hot weekend away together: Turn off your cellphones, take some sexy new clothes and sex toys, and indulge each other. Let him know what you'd really like in bed -- men love to be told in detail what they should be doing to you. Finally, remind yourself every day why you first fell in love with him. Don't lose a good thing so early in a marriage through boredom -- that's something you can cure.
