89-Square-Foot House in California
Can you imagine living in an 89-square-foot home? Jay Shafer, a designer, environmentalist and owner of Tumbleweed Tiny House Company, does just that. His miniscule abode in Sebastopol, California, fits an incredible amount of stuff: a kitchen table that seats four, a fireplace, a double-burner stove, a bathroom with shower (actually, the bathroom is the shower) and a sleeping loft. “It sleeps two really comfortably,” Jay says in his house tour on YouTube. Sounds just like your home, right?
