I'm not sure where this article gets off saying you can get all of this for under $100. Unless they assume you only need one free weight, the math doesn't add up. You should have three sets of two dumbbells for your workout, and even if we assume that they all magically cost $15, that is $90 before buying anything else!

I agree with cynamar, a wise friend once told me that everything you need (food wise) is in the perimeter of the store, not down the aisles. Makes sense. All the processed foods and foods full of preservatives and extra sodium, etc are down the aisles. Dont go down the aisles!

The very best tip I can give is to simply cut processed foods--not that it's really that simple but it works. I know it's not easy. I'm a single working mom but I committed to it and I went from a size ten to a six in less than two months by cutting processed foods and walking my dog. I've never felt better in my life!
